Creator Terms

Effective June 9, 2026

Last updated: June 9, 2026.

These Creator Terms apply to anyone who uploads files, sets prices, sells content, or offers subscriptions through Hello.Vault (a service of Deep Creator Inc., DBA Hello.io, Texas, USA). They supplement our Terms of Service — if these terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a seller-specific topic, these terms control. By enabling selling on your account, you agree to everything below.

1. Eligibility and verification

  • You must be at least 18 years old. No exceptions.
  • You must complete identity verification through Stripe Connect (KYC) before receiving payouts. Stripe collects and verifies your identity documents; we receive only your verification status.
  • You must provide accurate account, tax, and contact information and keep it current.
  • Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18, or operated on behalf of someone under 18, are terminated immediately.

2. Your relationship with Hello.Vault

You are an independent creator, not an employee, agent, or partner of Deep Creator Inc. You decide what to sell and at what price. We provide the storefront, file delivery, and payment infrastructure. Sales contracts for your content are between you and your buyers; you are responsible for honoring what you advertise.

3. Your content and the license you grant us

You retain full ownership of everything you upload. You grant Deep Creator Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate the service — including generating thumbnails and previews, delivering files to buyers, and processing content with automated and AI systems for tagging, pricing suggestions, and safety scanning. We do not train general-purpose AI models on your content and we do not license it to anyone else. The license ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must retain for legal, dispute, or safety reasons.

4. Content warranties

For every file you upload, you represent and warrant that:

  • You created it, own it, or hold all licenses needed to sell it.
  • Every person depicted was at least 18 years old at the time of creation.
  • Every person depicted gave informed, written consent to be recorded and to have the content distributed commercially.
  • It does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy right.
  • It complies with all applicable laws in the US and in the jurisdictions where you sell.

5. Prohibited content

The following are banned without exception. We remove the content, terminate the account, withhold related funds where the law allows, and report to authorities where required:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance. Any content sexualizing a minor, real or simulated, is removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
  • Any content involving minors in any context — no one under 18 may appear in any content sold on Hello.Vault, sexual or not.
  • Non-consensual content — including recordings made without consent, revenge content, hidden-camera material, and content whose subject has withdrawn consent to distribution.
  • Bestiality in any form.
  • Incest themes presented as real — content marketed as depicting actual family members.
  • Content depicting or promoting rape, coercion, trafficking, or violence presented as real and non-consensual.
  • Anything else illegal under US federal law, Texas law, or the law of your jurisdiction — including stolen content, malware, doxxing material, and counterfeit goods.

6. Adult content rules

Legal adult content created by verified adults with documented consent is permitted. You must accurately label adult content as 18+ so the platform can gate it from underage and non-consenting viewers, use non-explicit thumbnails and previews where the platform requires them, and never market adult content in a way that suggests a participant is a minor.

7. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping

If you produce sexually explicit content, you are the primary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. That means you — not Hello.Vault — must create and maintain age-verification records (legible copies of government-issued photo ID and signed releases) for every performer, designate a custodian of records, and retain those records as the regulations require. When you upload explicit content you must attest that these records exist and are complete. We may request proof of compliance at any reasonable time, and failure to provide it is grounds for content removal and account termination. See our 2257 Compliance Statement for full detail.

8. Pricing and platform fees

You set your own prices within the platform's minimums and maximums. Hello.Vault retains a platform fee on each completed sale and subscription payment:

  • Standard plan: 10% of the sale amount.
  • Pro plan: 5% of the sale amount.
  • Business plan: 3% of the sale amount.

Stripe's payment-processing fees are charged in addition to the platform fee and are set by Stripe. Fee changes take effect with at least 30 days' notice and apply only to sales made after the effective date.

9. Payouts

  • All payouts are made through Stripe Connect to your linked bank account. Standard payouts typically arrive within about 2 business days of a sale settling, subject to Stripe's schedules for your country.
  • We or Stripe may apply payout holds or rolling reserves to accounts with elevated chargeback rates, suspected fraud, or pending investigations. We will tell you when a hold is applied and why, unless the law prevents us.
  • You are responsible for keeping your bank details current. Funds that cannot be paid out due to incorrect details or failed KYC are held until resolved, subject to applicable unclaimed-property laws.

10. Refunds and chargebacks

Digital goods are generally non-refundable, but you may set a more generous refund policy on your storefront and must honor whatever policy you publish. When a refund is issued or a chargeback is lost, the sale amount is deducted from your balance or future payouts; Hello.Vault returns its platform fee on that sale, but Stripe's processing fee and any dispute fee are non-refundable per Stripe's rules. You agree to respond to dispute evidence requests within the deadlines we communicate. Sustained chargeback rates above payment-network thresholds may result in reserves, payout delays, or account termination.

11. Subscriptions

If you offer monthly fan subscriptions, you must deliver the access or content you advertise for the full period subscribers have paid for. Subscribers can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the paid period. If you close your account or stop publishing, remaining full prepaid periods are refunded to subscribers and deducted from your balance.

12. Taxes

You are responsible for all income taxes on your earnings and for any sales, use, or VAT obligations that apply to you. For US creators, Stripe issues Form 1099-K according to IRS thresholds. Where marketplace-facilitator laws require it, applicable sales tax is collected and remitted on transactions automatically; everywhere else, tax compliance is yours.

13. Moderation and enforcement

We use automated scanning (including hash-matching for known CSAM), AI safety review, and human review of reports from buyers, the public, and payment partners. Depending on severity we may remove content, restrict your storefront, hold payouts, suspend, or terminate. For violations in Section 5, action is immediate. For other violations we will normally notify you and, where reasonable, give you a chance to cure. You may appeal moderation decisions at creators@itshello.io.

14. Copyright complaints against your content

We comply with the DMCA. If we receive a valid takedown notice for your content, it is removed and you are notified with the option to file a counter-notice — see the Content Removal & DMCA Policy. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

15. Account termination and your funds

You may stop selling and close your account at any time; we will complete in-flight payouts for legitimate, settled sales. If we terminate your account for cause, we may withhold funds for up to 180 days to cover refunds, chargebacks, and fines from payment partners, after which any remaining lawful balance is paid out. Funds tied to fraudulent or illegal transactions are not paid out and may be returned to buyers or surrendered as the law requires.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these Creator Terms with at least 14 days' notice for material changes (30 days for fee changes). Continued selling after the effective date is acceptance. Questions: creators@itshello.io or legal@itshello.io.
